GAME UPDATES:

Clock Tower B4F:
- Spawns reverted to classic:
  - Bathory: 15 -> 50
  - Joker: 40 -> 10
  - Whisper: 35 -> 10
  - Bapho Jr: 35 -> 0
  - Mysteltainn, Executioner, and Ogretooth unchanged
- Removed portal from B3F to B4F; NPC requiring Key of Underground added
- All portals in B4F removed to prevent accidentally teleporting out
- NPC added to B4F spawn point and will take you back to B3F for free
Reduced maximum Corruptor spawn time from 30s to 5s
Wraith Dead will no longer spawn in Muspelheim F1
Added Cursed Water to the following mobs:
- Mini Demon (1%)
- Wraith Dead (1%)
- Dark Illusion (25%)
- Dark Lord (80%)
Lord of the Dead and Tao Gunka will no longer cast NPC_AGIUP and NPC_POWERUP
The following items are now brewable via @brew:
